Troy Allen Winslow, 53, of Warren, PA, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie, PA. Troy was born on July 7, 1970, in Warren, the son of Robert Winslow and Sherrie (Berry) Winslow, of Sugar Grove, who survives. He was a 1988 graduate of Warren Area High School. He was in the U.S. Marines and was medically discharged. He was formerly employed by United Refining Company, and most recently employed by Petrex. He enjoyed bowling, cooking, and a good laugh. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him, especially his family and many friends.
In addition to his parents, Troy is survived by his wife, Charmane Guthrie Winslow, whom he married on February 9, 2014; children, Brendan Winslow of Sheffield, and Amanda Jane Bradley and husband Andrew of Warren; two grandchildren, Nathaniel J. Bradley and Ethan J. Bradley; siblings, Andy Winslow and wife Laura of Warren, Cherie Arison and husband Terry of Sugar Grove, Mike “Spike” Winslow and companion JoAnna Olander of Warren, Traci Wood and husband David of Warren, and Chris Winslow and wife Rhonda of Warren; sister-in-laws, Kimberly Guthrie Stewart and husband Jason (Jennifer and Geoff), Cindy Guthrie and companion Mike, Tammy Guthrie Case and husband Chris (Jeremy and Brandon); brother-in-laws, James Guthrie Jr. and wife Holly(Madison, Ellie and Jiordyn), John Guthrie and wife Helen(Carisa, Courtney and Sheldon); best friend, Jerry Come; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and his five cats.
Troy is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Eva Berry; paternal grandparents, George and Evelyn Winslow; and a great nephew, Gavin Arison.
Services for Troy will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna Ave. E., Warren, PA, to help offset funeral expenses.
