Scott Leslie Anderson

Scott Leslie Anderson, 66, of Pleasant Township, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 11, 2023. Scott was born April 25, 1957, in Warren, the son of the late Raymond B. and Dolores H. (Casey) Anderson. He was a 1975 graduate of Warren Area High School. A lifetime area resident of Warren, Scott was employed as a custodian for the Warren County School District. He was once previously employed by Longs in Sheffield, where he met his wife, and Interelectric. Scott is survived by his ride or die wife, Donna M. Anderson, whom he married on August 30, 2014. They enjoyed riding motorcycles with the 2 scoop cycletherapy group, going on Jeep rides, and attending concerts, their favorite together being Kid Rock. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking. When he wasn’t enjoying his hobbies, he was living his best life with his two grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Scott is survived by his children, Michael “Big Mike” Anderson of Warren, Shauna Sanders and husband Josh of Starbrick, Michael “Little Mike” Brown and fiancé Sarah Ashe of Warren; grandchildren, Tristan Brown, Chevy Sanders, and soon to be born, Anastasia Brown; brother, Raymond Anderson of Colorado; mother-in-law, Rhonda Lyon of Sheffield; cousins, Paul and Debbie Slagle of Warren, Krissy Anderson and boyfriend Marty of Warren, Pamela Valone of Warren, Sonny Anderson of Sugar Grove; brother-in-law, Jamie Brown of Sheffield; many nieces and nephews; and best friend of 60+ years, Jim “Bim” Johnson; his fur babies, Porsche, Hachi, and Enzo, who he walked twice a day, everyday, they were his reason for getting up every morning. In addition to his parents, Scott is preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Anderson; and cousin, June Reigard; and best friend, Jim “Burt” Johnson and wife, Sharon. Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna Ave. E., Warren, PA, on Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, at which time a funeral service will be held, with Reverend Billie Hughes, retired pastor of Sugar Grove Free Methodist Church, officiating.
