Lois K. Miller

Lois K. Miller, 99, of Warren, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the Watson Memorial Home, Warren, PA. Lois was born on May 26, 1923, in Warren, the daughter of the late Harold A. Kiser Sr. and Alice S. Fitzgerald Kiser. Lois sold Tupperware and also sold Sarah Coventry Jewelry for 10 years. She held the top title for excellence in performance with Sarah Coventry and won many trips all over the country for Sarah Coventry, including Bermuda. Lois was an active and longtime member of the First Lutheran Church in Warren, where she served on church council for many years, she cooked for many occasions, and was involved in social ministry. She also enjoyed making quilts at the quilt shop. Lois is survived by her children, Corynne Spattifor of Erie, PA, Dianna Chittester and husband James of West Lake, OH, and Lori Garland and husband James of Huntersville, NC; daughter in law, Bonnie Miller of Warren, PA; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; sister-in-law Shirley Kiser of Irvine, PA; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Lois is preceded in death in 1999 by her husband, C. Wayne “Shorty” Miller, whom she married in 1941, in Mayville, NY; two sons Gary Frank Miller, and Wayne “Corky” Miller; infant daughter, Sheryl Kathryn; grandsons, Jon Miller and Todd Miller; brother, Harold A. Kiser; and grandson in law, Terry Ristau. Friends will be received at the First Lutheran Church, 109 W. Third Ave., Warren, PA, on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, from 10:00am to 11:00am, at which time a funeral service will be held with the Reverend Jeffrey Ewing, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the Warren County Memorial Park. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to First Lutheran Church, 109 W.
