Obituary

James T. Moore, 71, of Clarendon PA passed away peacefully on July 12 surrounded by his family after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. 

 

 Jim was born February 7, 1951, in Jamestown, NY the son of the late Thomas Moore. Jim was a 1969 graduate of Jamestown High School.

 

He served in the Us Army National Guard from 1971-1976. He was employed at the United Refining Company, retiring in 2010 after 38 years of service.

 

Jim is survived by Rosemary Moore, his son Ryan Moore and wife Heather of Beaver Falls, PA, and his daughter Cathy Wolf and husband Jeff of Russell. Also surviving are six grandchildren whom he adored: Dalton Smith, Makenna and Landon Moore, Winnifred, Abraham, and Solomon Wolf, a sister Rose (Luis) Vasquez, brothers Ken (Mary) and Randy Moore, and several nephews and nieces. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brothers David and Gary Moore.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations in memory of Jim be made to Hospice Care of Warren County, One Main Ave., Warren, PA 16365

 

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
