William E. Knapp, 68, of Clarendon, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Warren Manor.  Bill was born September 2, 1947, in Bradford, PA. He was the son of the late LeRoy S. and Flossie M. (Littlefield) Knapp.

Bill served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  He worked as a union carpenter in heavy construction, and had worked on the Kinzua Dam, Fifth Street Bridge, and the Lake Erie Bayfront Connector, among many other projects.  Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing and target shooting.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family and babysitting his grand-dogs.

He is survived by his wife, Rev. Loretta (Eck) Knapp; two daughters, Patty Knapp, of Tallahassee, FL, and Renee Littlefield, and husband, Corey, of Sheffield, PA; three sons, David McKeown, and wife, Denise, of VA, Robert McKeown, and wife, Kay, of Warren, PA, and Greg Knapp, of Tallahassee, FL;  two sisters, Barbara Heeter, and husband, Marvin, of Sheffield, PA, Kay Greenawalt, also of Sheffield, PA; two brothers, Clyde Knapp, and wife, Jean, of Warren, PA, and Calvin Knapp, also of Warren, PA.  He also has four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Peterson - Blick Funeral Home, Inc, 1003 Penn Ave., E., Warren, on Saturday, March 19, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, at which time, a funeral service will be held there with Rev. Rudy Rimer, pastor, Calvary Temple, Oil City, PA, officiating.  Burial will be in Warren County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Full Gospel Church, 399 Pleasant Dr., Warren, PA 16365.
