William Eugene Allio, 77, of Warren, PA, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023, at his residence. Bill was born December 27, 1945, in Newmansville, PA, the son of the late James Raymond Allio and Hazel Jane LaVan Allio. He was a graduate of West Forest High School. He was a Vietnam Veteran in the United States Army for three years as a light weapons infantry. He was employed as a Lathe Operator at Superior Tire and Rubber from 1986-2007 from which he retired. Bill was involved in 4-H when he was younger. He enjoyed fishing, camping, puzzles, and especially enjoyed spending time with his family. Bill is survived by his wife Robin Mott Allio, whom he married on September 10, 1982, in Tionesta; children, Yvonne Harkins of Warren, and Jessica Henderson of Warren; grandchildren, Angel Ludwig, Christina Dewees, Ashton Fehlman, Zachary Dewees, Dominick Cottrell, Shannon Cottrell, Lilly Carpenter, and Jacob Carpenter; great grandchild Jackson Sutliff; siblings, John and wife Eileen Allio, Beveraly and husband Mike Poole, and Mac and wife Deb Allio; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Bill is preceded in death by granddaughter, Yvonne Marie Dewees; four brothers, Wilbur Allio, James Allio, Thomas Allio, Donny Allio; and four sisters, Bea Decker, Betty Richards, Belva Allio, and Bonnie Schultz.
