Wayne Christian McNeal went home to His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

He was the son of David and Shurle McNeal, and was born in Warren, PA on May 15, 1954.

He was a 1972 graduate from Warren Area High School.

He graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor's degree in Forest Science in 1977.

He was employed by the U.S. Forest Service in both Pennsylvania and Idaho, and later worked in the Warren area for several employers until devoting full-time to being a caregiver for his parents.

He enjoyed God's Creation, especially gardening, forest management, and keeping weather records. He enjoyed sharing the fruits of his labors to bless others. He shared his faith in Jesus Christ by giving away New Testaments and donating to charities.

He is survived by his brother Hollister McNeal (Sheryle) and by nephews, Isaac McNeal and John McNeal of Warren, PA.

Interment will take place at Warren County Memorial Park.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. A memorial service will be held at a convenient time for family and friends.
