Wayne R. Anderson Jr., 57, of Warren, more affectionately known as "Buddy" or "Bubba", passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021 at St. Vincent Health Center, Erie. Wayne was born September 14, 1963, the son of the late Wayne R. and Emelie Timpano Anderson. A lifelong Warren resident, Wayne was a 1981 graduate of Warren Area High School. He was employed with the United Refining Company for thirty-one years, retiring due to illness. Wayne loved fishing, boating, cars, and NASCAR. He especially loved his wife, grandkids, family, and friends. He is survived by his wife, Anne Fuller Anderson, whom he married on August 5, 2006; two stepsons, Wilbert "Junior" Bascom lll of Erie, PA, and Zachary Bascom and wife Jessica of Warren; his aunt, Beverly Allison of Jamestown, NY; three grandchildren, Melanie and Maeve Bova-Bascom, and Willow Bascom; and many cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles. A graveside service will be held at the Oakland Cemetery on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 2:00 pm.
