Timothy John Voty, 55, of Hatch Run Road, Warren, PA, died unexpectedly on Thursday, March 5, 2015.

Tim was born February 20, 1960 in Warren, PA, the son of the late Edward H. and Harriet M. (Sullivan) Voty. A lifelong Warren resident, Tim was a 1978 graduate of Eisenhower High School, and then attended Clarion University.  He was a self- employed contractor. Tim enjoyed spending time with family, and especially his boys. He also loved golf, and was a member of the Blueberry Hill Golf Club. Tim was a friendly, easy going person, and he will be missed by many who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife,  Wendy K.(Harpster) Voty, whom he married in December of 1995; two sons, Tyler L. Voty and Seth A. Voty, both at home; a sister, Deborah Giambrone and her  husband, Michael, of Russell, PA; three brothers: Dennis Voty and his wife Rebecca, of Sugar Grove, PA, Randall Voty and his wife Chris,  of Sugar Grove, PA, and Thomas Voty and his wife Deborah, of Jamestown, NY; and several .nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Praise! Fellowship, 7451 Market Street, Russell, PA, on Tuesday, March 10, from 5 to 7 pm, at which time a memorial service will be held, with Rev. Rick Rohlin, pastor, officiating. Tim, being an avid Steeler's fan, would encourage casual dress, and Steeler's garb if you have it!

In lieu of flowers, The family suggests memorial donations be made to a charity of one's choice.
