Thomas Paul Newbill, 53, of Warren, PA, died on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at St. Vincent Hospital, Erie. Tom was born December 24, 1967. in Jamestown, NY, the son of the late James M. Newbill, and parents Jack and Susan J. Culver Stoops, who survive. Tom was a 1985 graduate of Warren Area High School and then TriangleTech in Dubois, PA. He was a self- employed contractor in the Warren area. Tom enjoyed hunting and fishing, and especially loved his family and friends. Tom is survived by two sons, Jake Newbill of Warren, PA, and Tim Newbill of Asheville, NC; two sisters, Tammy Swartz and companion Dave Vermilyea of Warren, and Tracey Josephson and her husband Mark of Youngsville; and nieces and nephews, Katelyn and Carter Swartz, Colin Josephson, Taylor Trisket, and Morgan Josephson.
