Thomas F. Erickson, 75, of Warren, PA passed away peacefully, October 31, 2014, at his home with wife and soul-mate, Christine, at his side.

Mr. Erickson was born on February 3, 1939, in Warren, PA, the son of the late Francis R. and Marguerite (Ginader) Erickson.  He was a 1956 graduate of Warren Area High School, attended the University of Rochester, and graduated from J.C.C. in 1969.  He served in the US Army from 1961 to 1965.  He retired from the Warren State Hospital in 2001, and was also employed at the former Struthers Wells and Warren Components.

He is survived by his wife, Christine Y. Erickson, whom he married on October 16, 1971, in Spartansburg, PA; two brothers, Eugene (Roger) Erickson and Robert (Franny) Erickson, both of California; and several nieces and nephews.  Also surviving are many of his in-laws and family, whom he loved very much and they loved him dearly.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Amy Erickson.

Friends will be received at Good News Community Church, 615 Conewango Ave., Warren, PA on Sunday, November 9, from 1 to 2 p.m., at which time, a memorial service will be held there with Rev. Larry Condron, pastor, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Warren County, 2 Crescent Park West, Warren, PA 16365; Paws Along The River, 212 Elm Street, Warren, PA 16365; or Good News Community Church.
