Theodore "Teddy" Cottillion passed away on April 17, 2026, at Kinzua Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, surrounded by love and friendship. Teddy was born May 12, 1942, in Warren, the son of the late George and Kathryn (Marks) Cottillion.

Teddy was a lifelong area resident of Warren and was a well-known fixture on the South Side as he rode his bicycle tending to his grass cutting and his snow shoveling service. He was an avid bingo player and artist who loved Christmas movies year 'round. Teddy will also be remembered for his many visits to the Fire Station and to Koebley Motors.

Teddy is survived by sisters, Theofannie "Fannie" Newmaker of Warren and Betty Ann Samaris of New Jersey; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Teddy was preceded in death by his brother, John Cottillion; and sister, Mary Young Shaffer and her first husband Mac Young.

A Private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
