Teresa Ann Zaffino Dase, 49, of Clarendon, Pa., passed away surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at UPMC Hamot, Erie, Pa.

Teresa was born on January 24, 1972, the daughter of Frank J. Zaffino of Clarendon, and Linda Carter Ford of Russell. Teresa was a 1990 graduate of Sheffield High School and later graduated from Erie Institute of Technology. She was employed for many years at Loranger's and IMT in Warren as a press operator. Teresa enjoyed music, antiquing, crafting and her flower gardening. She loved animals and especially her German Shepard Xina. She loved her family and will be sadly missed by them and all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Teresa is survived by her husband, John E. Dase, whom she married in 2016; her daughter, Brittany Ann Bradshaw (William Horn) of Centerville, Pa., her siblings; Scott Zaffino of Nebraska, Karen Zaffino of Arizona, and Pamela Steinkamp of Warren, four grandchildren; Addison, Lillian, Hannah, and Weiland Dase, sons, Adam (Katie) Dase of Kane, Pa., Zachariah (Rebecca) Dase; and several nieces and nephews.

The family suggest memorial donations be made in memory of Teresa name to Paws along the river, 212 Elm St. Warren, Pa 16365.
