Tammy Lynn Swartz, 59, of Warren, PA, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026, at her residence.

Tammy was born on July 9, 1967, in Warren, PA, to John R. and Linda R. (Knapp) Dunmire, who survive. She was a 1985 graduate of Sheffield and graduated from J.C.C. from the School of Nursing. She was employed at Warren General Hospital and Warren State Hospital as a Registered Nurse.

Tammy enjoyed gardening, kayaking and travelling.

In addition to her parents, Tammy is survived by two children, Kyle J. Phinney from Wilmington, N.C. and Michael D. Swartz from Columbus, OH; brother, John R. Dunmire III and wife Renea from Columbus, OH; her canine companion, Ginger; and her aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Tammy was preceded in death by her first husband, Mark Phinney.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, October 2, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, with a funeral service held at 12:00pm, Reverend Bill Beatty, Grace United Methodist Church, officiating.

Interment will take place at Foster Cemetery in Lander, PA.
