Susan Louise Wade, 67, of 103 Vine Street, Warren, Pa, passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at the John and Orpha Blair Hospice House.

Susan was born January 2, 1945, in Jamestown, NY, the daughter of the late Leslie and Marjorie Dougherty Vincent. Susan was a 1963 graduate of Jamestown High School, and later received her LPN licensure in Warren.  She was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Warren State Hospital for 25 years, from which she retired in 2007.  She enjoyed family and especially her granddaughters.  Susan was a member of the Red Hat Society, and an avid gardener and crafter and had made dozens of sweaters for needy children.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph F. Wade, whom she married on September 4, 1965; her daughter, Paige Schumann and her husband Mark, Warren, Pa.; and her dearly and beloved granddaughters, Jessica and Bethany.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Paul Wade; and her brother, Charles Vincent.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.  A memorial service will be held and announced at a later date.

Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery.
