Stephen G. Capen, 70, of Warren, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the Titusville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Stephen was born June 7, 1955, in Boston, MA, the son of the late Harry H. and Patricia A. (Wolff) Capen. Stephen was a lifelong area resident and was a 1973 graduate of Warren Area High School. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was employed as a guard at United Refining Company. Stephen was a member of the American Legion Post #109. He especially enjoyed riding his bicycle. Stephen is survived by his stepfather, Keith Meddock; sister, Sandra Meddock; brother, Bruce Capen; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Stephen was preceded in death by brothers, Lawrence Capen, Robert Meddock, and Michael Meddock; and sisters, Tina Geers and Theresa Black.
