Stephen R. Bashaw, 59, of Warren, PA, died unexpectedly on Friday, January 20, 2023. Stephen was born July 12, 1963, in Mountainview, CA, the son of Helen Priest Bradshaw of Warren, who survives. Stephen was a 1981 graduate of the Warren Area High School and had attended the Clarion University. He was employed as a lifeguard at the Holiday Inn, the Sparkle Car Wash, the New Process Company, and for Whirley Industries. Stephen enjoyed walking and was fond of animals, especially his cat Crystal. He was a member of the American Legion Post 135 and enjoyed spending time at the Crossing. In addition to his mother, Stephen is survived by several cousins. Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA, on Tuesday, January 24, from 2 to 3 pm, at which time a funeral service will be held, With Rev. Richard Tomasone, pastor, St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, officiating.
