Sheridan L.   Hagberg, 82, formerly of 714 W. Fifth Ave., died at 11:55 a.m. at Warren Manor, on Tuesday, December 10, 2002.

Mr. Hagberg was born April 30, 1920, in Warren, the son of the late Elmer J. and Jessie Gates Hagberg.

He was employed at Penn Furnace for several years and later at Betts Industries.

Mr. Hagberg was a member of American Legion #135 and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #109

He is survived by two sons: Lawrence Hagberg, Florida and Robert J. Hagberg, Warren, two daughters: Shirley Hagberg, Tiona and Diana Lynn Winters, Warren, one brother: Sherman Hagberg, Warren, five granchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Doris E. Hawthorne Hagberg, on March 10, 1994, a daughter;  Gloria Hagberg, and a grandaughter, Deena Littlefield.

Friends may call at the Peterson - Blick Funeral Home, Inc, 1003 Penn Ave., E., on Friday December 13 from 4-6 p.m. where a funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m., with Rev. John V. Spahr, pastor Grace United Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in the Warren County Memorial Park.
