Saundra Mae Frazier, 75, of Warren, and most recently, Clearwater, FL, died Sunday, July 31, 2016, surrounded by her family, here in Warren.  Saundra was born November 21, 1940, in Frewsburg, NY. She was the daughter of the late Donald and Louise (Ras) Luce.

Saundra was a graduate of Frewsburg High School.  She was employed by Warren General Hospital for a number of years as an x-ray technician, and later worked as a waitress at the Penn Glade Hotel.  She served with the Warren County Fire Police as an EMT for Clarendon Fire Department.  Saundra enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and was an avid Steelers fan.

She is survived by three children, Judith Guinta, and husband, Steve, of Russell, Diana Soliwoda, of Clearwater, FL, and Robert Frazier, III, and wife, Leann, of Warren; two sisters, Suzanne Pettersson, of Phoenix, AZ and Shelley Lundgren, of Cape Coral, FL; one brother, Sherrill Luce, of Newark, OH; four grandchildren, Leonard Ellis, Jr., Crystal Seboe, Shane Holt and Ashley Holt; and 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
