Sarah J. Confer, 82, of Warren, Pa., passed away on October 27, 2021, at the Kinzua Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Sarah was born in President, Pa., on January 27, 1939, to the late Earl Levi and Bernice Fox Stover.  She worked for many years at Solar Electric., retiring in 1992.  She enjoyed gardening, reading, and working on plastic canvas projects. She especially enjoyed her family.

Sarah is survived by her sons; Robert, David and Ronald Confer all of Warren. Her siblings; Skip, Des, Nancy, and Tom Stover; and eleven grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Confer, a son; Charles Confer Jr. and three brothers; Bill, Glen, and Don Stover; and a sister, Bonnie Stover.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Pennsylvania Ave. East, Warren, PA, with Rev. Dorothy Hilliard, officiating.
