Sandra Lee Smith, 73, of Warren, PA, passed away unexpectedly following a brief illness February 16, 2024, at the John & Orpha Blair Hospice House in Warren, PA. Sandy was born October 25, 1950, in Honolulu, HI, the daughter of the late Kenneth Roth and the late Helen "Sue" Conroe Irvin. She was a graduate of Warren Area High School. Sandy was employed at the family business, Blueberry Hill Golf Club for many years. Sandy loved reading, laying in the sun, and spending time with her grandchildren. Sandy is survived by her father, Charles P. Irvin; two daughters, Sami Andersen and husband Dave of Warren, and Jaime LaSalle and husband Bill of Havertown, PA; three grandchildren, Alyssa and Lauren Andersen, and Beckett LaSalle; sister and best friend, Kelly Smith (Mike) of Edinboro; brothers, Larry Roth (Margie) of Scandia, Jim Roth (Sandy Wilks) of Warren, Charles P. Irvin II (Kim) of Scandia; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death exactly 4 months ago to the day by her beloved husband, Michael J.
