Sandra “Sandi” Lee, 88, of Warren, PA, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, after a brief illness.

She was born on November 26, 1937, in Warren, PA, to the late Charles and Bessie Stone.

Sandi married H. David Lee on January 18, 1958; he preceded her in death in 2021.

She graduated from Warren Area High School in 1956. She was co-owner of Dave’s TV and worked there for many years. Sandi was a member of North Warren Presbyterian Church. She was naturally talented from a young age as an amazing artist; she painted portraits, postcards and landscapes among many other works. She was an active member of the Warren Art League. Sandi always dressed to the 9’s and took pride in her appearance. Sandi was a gentle and caring woman. She loved her family and spending time with them, especially around the holidays.

Sandi is survived by her daughters, Penny (Louis) Rizzardi, Margie Cerra, and Kris (Todd) Bines; her grandchildren, Morgan Rizzardi, Ryan (Bridget) Rizzardi, Cole (Jenna) Cerra, Carter Cerra, Brandon (Trista) Bines, and Teah (Joe) Seigh; her great-grandson, Marco Cerra; her sister-in-law, Karen Lee; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Sandi was preceded in death by her sisters, Charlette Russell and Sharyn Howe.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna. Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. Services for Sandi will be private.

Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery.
