Sandra Charlene Eldridge, 81, of Warren, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at her residence. She was born on August 5, 1941, in Warren, the daughter of the late Robert and Mary (O'Brien) Shine. She was a graduate of Warren High School. Sandra enjoyed flowers and gardening. Sandra is survived by her children, Scott Eldridge, and Tina Phan, both of Warren; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and cousin and friend, Thomas Shine. In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Donald G. Eldridge; sons Donald Eldridge, and Mark Eldridge; and sister, Dee Freeman.
