Sally Jean Morrison, 55, of Chestnut Street, Warren, Pa., passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Warren General Hospital following a lengthy illness.

Sally was born March 16, 1957, in Warren, Pa., the daughter of the late Walter and Janet Lauffer Anderson. She was employed at the Warren State Hospital as a Therapeutic Recreation Aide, from which she retired in 2009 due to illness.  She was a member of the North Warren Presbyterian Church, and had recently started attending First Presbyterian Church of Warren.  She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 135 for 15 years.  Sally was an avid PEZ collector and enjoyed playing cards and bingo. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, John L. Morrison, whom she married on August 7, 1998; her daughter, Pam Colvin and husband, Robert, Warren, Pa., Brian Davis and wife, Katie, also of Warren, Pa., and Nathan C. Markham, Russell, Pa., eight grandchildren; brother, James B. Anderson, Warren, Pa; and six nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Becky L. Covell and Sandra L. Conquer.

Friends will be received at the Peterson - Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penn Ave., E., Warren, on Wednesday, July 18, from, 6 to 8 p.m., and for one hour prior to a funeral service to be held there on Thursday, July 19 at 11:00 a.m.,  with The Rev. Kirk Johnston, pastor, First Presbyterian Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Warren, Pa.
