Obituary

Sally Evelyn Crouse, 88, of Warren, PA, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the Rouse Home.

She was born on November 15, 1937, in Warren, to the late Clifford and Evelyn Jenkins.

Sally married her late husband, Stanley W. Crouse, on August 31, 1957.

She graduated from Warren Area High School in 1955. Sally was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene for over 40 years. She and her husband Stanley were Sunday School teachers years ago and were active church members.

Sally enjoyed her weekly Pinochle card club meetings, going to garage sales and puzzles. She used to love to entertain and host parties for family and friends. She enjoyed cooking for these parties too. Sally and Stanley enjoyed vacationing around the country together when they were still active.

Sally is survived by her children, Patti Larson, Tina (Wayne) Rubright, Wendy (Rod) Conklin, and Matthew (Marie) Crouse; her grandchildren, Luke Conklin, Audrey (Ben) Fitzgerald, Dylan (Lyssa) Conklin, and Samanth Conklin; her great-grandchildren, Keegan Conklin, Griffin Conklin, and Gavin Davis-Rocha; and her brothers, Clarence “Butch” (Joan) Jenkins and John (Mindy) Jenkins.

In addition to her parents and husband, Sally was preceded in death by her daughter, Merry Lynn, and son-in-law, Glenn Larson.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. Visitation for Sally will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 12, from 10am-11am, with a memorial service to follow at 11am, Rev. J. Maier officiating.

Memorial donations in Sally’s name made be made to Hospice of Warren County, 1 Main Ave, Warren, PA, 16365.
