Roxie Ann Westfall, 69, of Russell, died Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at Warren General Hospital.  Roxie was born December 2, 1947, in Sugar Grove, PA. She is the daughter of the late John and Etta (Stewart) Crowl.

Roxie was raised in Sugar Grove and graduated from Eisenhower High School. For many years she worked for the Warren County School District from which she retired. She loved her Lord, Jehovah God and worshipped him at the Kingdom Hall.

She is survived by three sons, Chuck Greer, and wife, Missy, of Chandlers Valley, PA, Edward Westfall, of Russell, PA, and Randall Westfall, Jr., also of Russell, PA; and one brother, Robert Crowl.

In addition to her parents, Roxie was preceded in death on February 14, 2005, by her husband, Randall Westfall Sr.; and her brother John Crowl, Jr.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
