Rowena Flasher, 47, of Warren, PA., passed away on October 28, 2022, at UPMC Hamot, Erie, PA. following a lengthy illness. Rowena was born on August 22, 1975, the daughter of the late Roberto Jube and Ofelia Jube who survives her. Rowena graduated from St. Scholastica Academy in the Philippines, and then she earned a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance at the University of San Joe Recoletos. Rowena worked in the apparel department at Walmart, and for several years at Blair Corporation in embroidery and retail sales. She enjoyed gardening and beautiful flowers. She had a passion for cooking and her friends and family enjoyed the many tasty dishes she made. Rowena will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. In addition to her mother, Rowena is survived by her husband Timothy Flasher, whom she married in January 1998; two children at home, Aaron and Felicity Ann Flasher; her in-laws, Edward, and Susanne Flasher of Warren; two brothers, Oliver and Johnrey Jube; one sister, Jenelyn Jube, all of the Philippines; one aunt, Cristy and husband Mike Drusko of Pleasantville, PA, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandmother Felicia. Friends will be received at the Peterson – Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna Ave E. Warren, PA on Wednesday November 2nd, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 3rd at 10 am at the Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church, with the Rev.
