Ronald L. Engel, 74, passed away Tuesday July 12, 2022, at the Warren Manor following a lengthy illness.

Ron was born on August 3, 1947, in Warren, PA., to the late Leonard and Edna Yaegle Engel.

Ron was a lifelong resident of Warren and was a 1965 graduate of Warren Area High School. He was a self-employed contractor for over 50 years. Ron enjoyed the outdoors and taking care of horses, cows, and cats. He enjoyed his family, especially his grandchildren.

Ron is survived by his son, Braden Engel of Topeka KS; siblings, Darlene Cross and husband David of Warren, and Leonard Engel of Warren; six grandchildren and five nephews.

In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his daughter, Christine Cotenza; sisters, Luella Bailor and Sharon Engel.

Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA on Monday, July 18, 2022 fom 6 – 8 pm.

A funeral service will be private and at the convenience of the family.
