Robert Greenland, 78, of Russell, PA, passed away peacefully following a brief illness, on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at his residence.

Robert was born November 3, 1935 in Numine, PA, the son of the late William and Esther Coudriet Greenland. He was employed by MRC Industries for many years, from which he retired. Bob loved the outdoors, and he loved his country home.

He is survived by his wife Julie Jones Greenland, whom he married on June 3, 1966; a sister Gloria Weber of Blasdell, NY;  and a brother,  William Greenland of Warren, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

In addtion to his parents, he was preceded in death by as sister, Betty Agnoli; and two brothers, James and John Greenland.

No calling hours will be observed. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
