Robert Leroy "Bob" Frazier, Jr. 74, of 276 Buchanan Street, Warren, PA, passed away surrounded by his family on April 22, 2013, at his residence.

Bob was born August 15, 1938, in Philadelphia, PA, the son of the late Robert Frazier, Sr. and Elvira Anthony Frazier. He was a 1957 graduate of Sheffield High School and later enlisted in the US Navy serving in the Sea Bees.  He was employed by Loranger Manufacturing as a Supervisor for 40 years, from which he retired in 2001.

Bob was an avid outdoorsman, spending his time camping, fishing, canoeing, hiking and golfing.  He also loved spending his time on the water, and loved the ocean, boating and waterskiing. He also liked shooting pool, playing cribbage and extra-curricular activities. Most importantly, he enjoyed all of these things with his wife, daughters, son, grandchildren and great-grandchildren right by his side.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Frazier, whom he married October 19, 1997 in Tidioute, PA; two daughters, Judith Miley, and her companion, Steven and Diana Frazier, and one son, Robert Leroy Frazier, III, and wife, LeAnne, all of Warren, PA; one brother, Charles Frazier, Eugene, OR; four grandchildren, Leonard Ellis, Jr., Warren, PA, Crystal Seboe, and husband, Jason, Ft. Hood, TX, Shale Holt, Russell, PA and Ashley Holt, Grand Valley, PA; seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Hedman.

A private memorial service will be held for the family.

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Frazier's adoptive family, Hospice of Warren County, 2 Crescent Park West, Warren, PA 16365, whom have been a God-send in their time of need.
