Robert L. "Bob" Miles, Sr., 77, of Warren, PA, passed away on October 3, 2025, from cardiac arrest. He was born on February 14, 1948, in Washington, PA. A proud and grateful U.S. Navy veteran, Bob lived a life full of hard work, adventure, and heart. A true jack of all trades, his career included roles in sales, machining, mechanics, carpentry, and later as a bus driver—always ready to lend a hand or fix just about anything. Known affectionately as "Trapper" or "Wild Man," Bob was an avid outdoorsman who found peace in nature. He loved fishing, hunting, and tending to his yearly garden alongside his friend Carol Hopkins. Nothing made him smile quite like a plate of fried green tomatoes fresh from that garden. Bob had a wandering spirit and a heart that followed where life led him—often traveling between Pennsylvania and Florida over the years, chasing sunshine and new adventures. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and his beloved dog, Dolly. He is survived by his children, Tracie Gray (Brad), and Bob Miles, Jr. (Soni) and Grandson Logan. Bob will be remembered for his laughter, his love of the outdoors, and his unshakable independence. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
