Robert “Bob” Harry Hoskin, 73, of Warren, went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Bob was born May 17, 1953, in Rocky River, Ohio, to Richard and Louise (Chadwick) Hoskin.

Bob was a kind soul, rarely even raising his voice. He was extremely self-sacrificing, taking great care of his family. Bob greatly enjoyed the outdoors, fishing in the summer and hunting in the winter.

Bob retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers as a fishery biologist. After retirement, Bob spent most of his time caring tenderly for his son, Nathaniel, and holding a part-time job for Gaughn’s Drug Store.

He is survived by his two sons, Nic and Nate Hoskin, a sister Nancy Hoskin, a brother, Mike Hoskin, and his step-son, Josh Newark.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Christine, a stepson, Jeremiah, and a sister, Pat Wilcox.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. Services will be privately held for family and close friends at their convenience. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dove FM in care of Calvary Chapel, 8160 Market ST. Ext. Russell, PA 16345.
