Raymond Paul Leofsky, 90, of Pittsfield, PA, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2023. Ray was born at home June 19, 1933, in Pittsfield Township, the son of the late Roman P. Leofsky and Mary L. Karkoski Leofsky. He graduated from Youngsville High School in 1952. He was employed as a machine setup operator at Loranger Manufacturing for many years. He also owned and operated Ray's TV in Youngsville for 60 years. Ray (or Junior as most knew him) loved gardening, from tomatoes to roses and everything in between. He also loved to cook and can the fruits of his labors. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Ray is survived by his children, Greg Leofsky( Joyce Benton) of Youngsville, Kelly Younger (Steve) of Sugar Grove, and Terri Lynn Chervanick (Mike) of Reading; nine grandchildren, Jessi Younger, Carley Younger, Jared Younger, Aubrey Kondak and husband Graham, Conner Younger, Cole Chervanick, Mason Chervanick, Nora Chervanick, and Tessa Chervanick; four great-grandchildren, Addison, Camryn, Payton, and Granger; brother, James Leofsky, who still lives on the family farm in Garland; and sister, Judy Brooks of Delray Beach, FL. In addition to his parents, Ray is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Josephine Smith Leofsky, on July 4, 2014; and three siblings, Marion Cmiel, Bettie Logan, and Sally Ann McClure.
