Phyllis M. Murvine, 94, of Warren, PA, died on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at the Warren Manor. Phyllis was born August 28, 1925, in Warren, the daughter of the late Herbert and Ellen Fiztgerald Schumann. A lifelong area resident, Phyllis was a graduate of Warren Area High School. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, yard sales, and music. She played steel guitar in the local band, the Moon Light Ramblers. Of the many things Phyllis enjoyed, she especially loved her family and friends. She will be fondly remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Phyllis is survived by four sons, Tom Sudul, of Osburn, ID, Jim Sudul and his wife Mary, of Sugar Grove, PA, Gail Sudul and his wife Dana, of Gardnerville, NV, and Kevin Sudul and his wife Sheryl, of Russell, PA; one daughter, Melanie Murvine and her partner Michael Tippitt, of Camden, TN; eighteen grandchildren; twenty eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two daughter in-laws, Iva Sudul and Michale Sudul, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Murvine; and two sons, John "Skeeter" Sudul, and Billy Sudul. Friends will be received at the Peterson–Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, on Wednesday, August 26, for one hour prior to a funeral service to be held there at 11:00 am, with Rev. Marcus Briggs, officiating.
