Obituary

Peggy A. Cree, 74, of Jennie Lane, Warren, Pa. passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at the John and Orpha Blair Hospice House.

Peggy was born April 30, 1937 in Mapletown, Pa the daughter of the Elizabeth P.Cowell Rogan and the late Andrew Rogan.

She was a graduate of Mapletown High School and a member of the First Presbyterian Church, where she had served as a Deacon and sang in the choir.  She enjoyed ceramics, reading, decoupage, sewing, traveling and especially her family.

She is survived by her husband, Paul A. Cree, whom she married on November 7, 1959; her daughter, Patsy Cree, St. Petersburg, FL; her son, Paul A. Cree, Warren, Pa.; two brothers, Bill Rogan and his wife Germaine, Fresno, CA and Ronald Rogan and his wife Cathy,  East Liverpool, Ohio and three nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc., 197 N. Maiden St., Waynesburg, Pa., on Saturday, March 24, from 10 a.m. until 12:00 noon at which time a funeral service will be held there, with The Rev. Ellie Johns-Kelley, pastor, First Presbyterian, Warren, Pa., officiating.

Burial will be in the Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg, Pa.

A memorial service will also be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 26, at The First Presbyterian Church, 300 Market St., Warren, Pa.


The family suggests memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Warren County, 2 Crescent Park, Warren, Pa. 16365
