Pearl Grubbs, 93, of Clarendon, PA, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at Rouse Home of Youngsville, PA.

Mrs. Grubbs was born February 5, 1920, in Porky Hollow, PA. The daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Lafe Littlefield.

Pearl enjoyed dancing, and fishing, hunting and camping with her late husband.  She also liked to go to the VFW when her son was a D.J. there.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by three children, Jean Johnson of Clarendon, PA, Betty Renninger of Clarendon, PA, and Doug Grubbs of Clarendon, PA; She also has twenty-two grandchildren, over fifty great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death in 1973 by her husband, Raymond Grubbs, whom she married on July 17, 1939, in Kelletville, PA; one daughter, Loretta Brown; sons, Raymond Grubbs, Jr., Alton Grubbs and still born sons, Robert Grubbs and Edward Grubbs; one sister, Margaret Littlefield; four brothers, Edward Littlefield, Russ Littlefield, Alton Littlefield and John Littlefield; and one son-in-law, William J. Renninger, Sr.

Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna. Ave. E., Warren, on Friday, November 8, from 7 to 9 p.m., and for one hour prior to a funeral service to be held there on Saturday, November 9, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Martin Reynolds, pastor, Clarendon & Tiona United Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial will follow at Starr Cemetery, Tionesta, PA.
