Patsy Roussel, 70, of Grand Valley, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2019, at Warren Manor. Patsy was born on July 6, 1949, in Portsmouth, VA, to the late Walter and Hazel (Shockley) Liestch. Patsy is survived by her daughters, Heather Olsen, Amanda (Shane) Mcgranaghan, and Sara Roussel; her brother, Walter Liestch, her grandchildren, Mason and Justin Mcgranaghan and Gavin Olsen; her niece, Teresa Schwitzer; and her nephew, Robert Liestch. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Roussel. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
