Obituary

Patrick Miniaci, age 73, died suddenly in his home in Youngsville PA on April 13, 2020. Patrick was born in Erie, PA, on November 20, 1946 and lived in Youngsville for the past 41 years. He attended Gannon University and worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at SKF Industries in Jamestown, NY. He had been retired for 13 years. He loved working is his garden, completing projects with his son, traveling extensively throughout the United States and Europe and spending time with his family. He was an avid trail hiker who loved being in the woods and was a speed boat enthusiast. Patrick was a member of the Warren County Democratic Committee. Patrick is survived by his wife of 45 years, Linda Miniaci; his children, Jason Miniaci, of Youngsville, Theresa Miniaci-Aldrich, of Ohio; a grandson, Landon Miniaci; his sister, Penny Ploss of Beverly Hills, Florida; his mother Lucille Pratt of Jacksonville, Florida; two grandaughters, Elizabeth and Gabriella Aldrich; and three great grandchildren. Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Patsy Miniaci of Findley Lake, NY and brother, David Miniaci of Jacksonville, Florida. Patrick will be greatly missed by his friends and family who appreciated his quick wit and kind and generous nature. The interment will be conducted at the Stilson Hill Cemetery in Sugar Grove Township. The family plans to schedule a celebration of his life at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to the Youngsville Volunteer Fire Department or Youngsville Public Library.
