Patricia Elaine Carter (Foster), 63, of Warren passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 16, 2014.  Pat was born March 31, 1951, in Bradford, PA, the daughter of the late Dewey Benjamin and Kathlyn I. (Peterson) Carter.

Pat was a lifelong resident of Warren and had been a Supervisor at the Department of Human Services for many years, retiring due to disability.  She attended the Warren Alliance Church; and was a member of the American Legion Post 135 and the Moose Lodge.
Pat will always be remembered for having a great sense of humor, her love for Christ, and her family, especially her daughter and grandson.  She enjoyed music, dance, painting and gardening.

She is survived by her daughter, Melanie White, and husband, Elaton, Warren, PA, and their son, Garret Littlefield; four sisters, Eva Jean Parish, Port Alleghany, PA, Kay Hoyt, Bradford, PA; Beverly Mohney, Georgia, and Linda L. Ford, Warren, PA; one brother, William S. Carter, Bradford, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Thomas D. Carter and Richard Carter; and infant brothers, Donald Carter and Robert Carter.

Friends will be received at the Warren Alliance Church, 278 Kinzua Road, Warren, PA, on Friday, November 21, from 4 to 6 p.m., at which time, a memorial service will be held there, with Rev. Douglas McCracken, pastor, officiating.
