Pamela (Pam) J. Fissel, of Warren, Pennsylvania, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 19, 2015, after a fearless battle with cancer.  Her life ended peacefully after a short stay at the Hospice House of Warren County.

Pam was the center of her family and will be greatly missed by her husband Donald Dean, whom she married on March 16, 1968 at St. Vincent de Paul church in Elkhart; her children, Bradley J. Fissel (Andrea) of Johnson City, TN, Catherine M. Helfrich (Jeff) of Stuart FL, Elizabeth A. Bushu (Brent) of Huntersville, NC, and Aimee C. Schade (Aaron) of Elkhart, IN, her mother, Betty J. Lorditch of Elkhart, IN, and a brother David J. Lorditch (AnaLaura) of Brownsville, TX and  9 grand-children that she loved dearly.  She was preceded in death by her father, Jack H. Lorditch.

Of all her accomplishments, Pam's greatest dedication has been to the lives of her children and grandchildren. There was never a birthday or holiday that she didn't make special. Pam had compassion for others and a positive outlook on life. She was never one to complain and always put everyones' needs before her own. She found peace and quiet in the woods surrounding her house. Pam's interests included spending time cruising around with her husband and supporting her grandchildren in everything they did.

The family wishes to thank everyone who cared for Mother throughout her illness. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at the Cancer Center of Warren for supporting her throughout her illness and to Hospice of Warren County for making her last few days peaceful.
