Opal A. Miles Jr., 79, of Warren, PA, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025, at the Warren Manor. Opal was born August 17, 1945, in Freehold Township, PA, the son of the late Opal Miles Sr. and Cora Sischo Miles. He was employed at Berenfield Containers Inc. as an inspector. Opal loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed going to work. Opal is survived by his wife, Joyce E. Geiger Miles, whom he married in 1964; five children, Andrew Miles of Warren, Sarah Thomas and husband Robert of Youngsville, Wayne Miles and wife Jessica of Warren, Deborah Miles of Warren, and Amy Mowery and husband Galen of Garland; sister, Rose Huffman and husband Harold of Corry; brother Frank Miles of Corry; several grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Opal was preceded in death by siblings, Harold, Keith, Carol, Helena, Edna, Linda, and Winnifred. A Celebration of Life service for Opal will be held at a later date.
