Norma Jane Anderson, 96, 3-year resident of the Rouse Home in Youngsville, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at the Rouse Home.

She was born on December 25, 1929, in Beaver County to the late William and Julia Casbourne.

Norma worked at J.C. Penny at the Warren Mall when it was in business for almost two decades, in which she resided in Scandia with her late husband, Arthur L. Anderson Sr. The two of them ran the Orange Julius store in the Warren Mall as well. She moved around western Pennsylvania throughout the years; she stayed about a decade near her son in Boswell, PA. In her free time, she enjoyed word searches and reading books. Norma was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Norma is survived by her children, Becky L. Higginbotham of Clarendon, PA, Gary W. (Darlene) Anderson of Boswell, PA, Terry V. (Della) Anderson of Warren, PA, and Bruce K. (Karen) Anderson of the state of Kansas, a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Jane was preceded in death by her son, Arthur L. Anderson, Jr., her daughter, Cheryl Ann Cambell, her brother, William Casbourne, and her sister, Patricia Schupay.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna. Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. Per Norma’s wishes, there will be no public services.
