Nancy (Lowe) Siggins, 75, of Warren, PA, passed away unexpectedly on September 18, 2024 at Warren General Hospital. She had just returned from spending a wonderful week with her daughter and favorite son-in law at Panama City Beach FL. The beach was her happy place. She was already looking forward to going back next year.
Nancy was born July 23, 1949, in Warren PA, the daughter of the late Richard & Mary (Heeter) Lowe. She graduated from Warren Area High School in 1967. She worked at the Treasurer's office at the Warren County Courthouse for over 20 years, retiring after serving two terms (8 years) as the County Treasurer. After retiring she spent 10 years working part time at the Hampton Inn, which she enjoyed immensely interacting with all the guests. As a lifelong Warren resident, she was lifelong member of the First Methodist Church Warren and also a member of the Moose Lodge.
She and her husband Roger spent 20 years making countless friends and memories at Red Oak Campground. She enjoyed painting and making annual Christmas ornaments, which both will be greatly missed. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and doing things for others, and gifting painted items to others. She will be long be remembered and missed by many.
She is survived by her daughter Tracey Westmoreland & her husband Brandon of Mansfield TX; Granddog Hazel Mae; brother Alan Lowe (Judy); niece Patti (Eric) Zurcher and nephew Danny (Holly) Lowe; great nephews Mark & Michael Zurcher and great nieces Stephanie & Kylie Zurcher and Hope Lowe; and countless dear friends.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roger Siggins who passed away February 21, 2021, whom she married in Warren on November 14, 1970.
Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc. 1003 Penna. Ave. E., Warren on Wednesday, September 25, from 5-7 pm. and from 10 am until 11 am at the First Methodist Church, 200 Market St. in Warren. A funeral service will be held there at 11 am., with Rev. Jon Swart, officiating
