HOWE (nee Simmons), Mildred M. – 92, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. Mildred has been a resident of Cape May, NJ since 2013 and was a former longtime resident of Warren, PA where she and her late husband, Frank, founded Howe's True Value Hardware Store, a business that they operated together for 60 years, retiring in 2000 (officially selling the business in 2015). She enjoyed many things in her full life; specifically, sewing, quilting, bingo and most of all, simply LOVED time with her family. She is predeceased by her husband, Frank and her three siblings, Helen "Dolly" Causebrook, John "Fitz" Simmons and Kenneth "Kenny" Simmons. Mildred is forever loved by her family which includes her three children, Keith "Luke" (and Mindy) Howe, Harry Howe and Karen (and John) Zigler; four grandchildren, Tracy, Nathan, Sarah and Jacob; five great grandchildren, Luke, Jack, Elise, Giacomino and Ethan. She also dearly loved her four-legged friends, Grizzly Bear and Belle. Mildred will be interred with her husband Frank in Warren County Memorial Park, Warren, PA.
