Michael Dennis Madigan, 77, of Warren, died Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Presbyterian University Hospital of Pittsburgh, PA. Mike was born June 28, 1942 in Warren, PA, the son of the late Garvin and Bernice Madigan. A lifelong resident, Mike was a graduate of the Warren High School, and served in the US Air Force. He was employed at GTE Sylvania as a molder and operator, retiring after more than thirty years. He was a family man who built his home in the suburbs of Scandia and has enjoyed it for many years. He loved baseball, gardening, and especially enjoyed his family and his animals. He is survived by two children, Denise Robbins, Warren, PA and Shawn Michael Madigan, of Midway, PA; one granddaughter, Maddy Robbins; one sister, Shannon Phinney; two brothers, Roger and Larry Madigan; and his dog Gabby. In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death on January 2, 2015 by his wife, Judith I. Madigan, whom he married on October 7, 1967; a sister, Arlene, and brothers Danny, William, Jack, Clayton, Theodore and Tony. Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA, on Sunday, October 13, from 4 to 6 pm.
