Meredith Ann Clark, 83, formerly of 209 Market St., died at 8:45 p.m., Saturday, November 30, at the Rouse Warren County Home.

Mrs. Clark was born January 29, 1919, in Warren, PA, the daughter of the late Joseph and Ellen Swanson Hansen. Mrs. Clark was a graduate of Warren High School, and had been employed at the New Process Co. for many years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and served with various activities throughout the church.

She is survived by three sons: William H. Clark, Dallas, TX, Barry D. Clark, and Jeffrey A. Clark,  both of Warren; one sister; Marian Atkins, Warren; five grandchildren; two great grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Howard L. Clark, whom she married in Warren on June 29, 1940 and who died February 24, 2002, four brothers; Leo Hansen, William Hansen, Robert Hansen, Gilbert Hansen, and one sister; Margaret Erickson.

Friends may call at the Peterson - Blick Funeral Home, Inc, 1003 Penn Ave., E., Warren, PA on Tuesday December 3, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. , where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, at 1:00 pm, with Rev. William Beatty, associate pastor, First United Methodist Church, and Rev. Marcus Briggs, chaplain of the Rouse Home, co-officiating.

Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell.
