Mary Louise Sleeman, 95, of Warren, PA, passed away at home on Monday, July 20, 2026. She was born on June 20, 1931, to the late Cecil and Lynn Atkins in Big Bend, PA.

She was married to the late Thomas Duane Sleeman.

Mary graduated from Warren Area High School. She retired from the Warren State Hospital after 35 years of service working as a Psyche Aide. She operated the family dairy farm on Yankee Bush Road for over 20 years. She enjoyed camping and boating. She had cherished memories of riding motorcycles with her sister, Ethel.

Mary is survived by her sister, Ethel (Penny) Milne; her children, Robert (Dianna) Sleeman, Randall (Karen) Sleeman, Douglas D. Sleeman, Tracy Sleeman and son-in-law Al Szopinski; her grandchildren, Aaron, Rebecca, Zachary, Briana, Lydia, and Luke; her great-grandchildren, Sara, Madison, Tristen, Kaitlin, Jacob, Jackson, Sutton, and Kayleigh.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mary was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Lee, her brother, Robert Atkins, her brother-in-law, Calvin Milne, infant twin sisters, an infant son, her daughter, Nancy Szopinski, and a granddaughter, Heather Wilcox.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 25, at 1:00 PM at Kitchen Cemetery on 5253-5281 Yankee Bush Rd, with Rev. Alan Jones officiating.
