Mary C. Fehlman, 93, a longtime resident of the Warren area, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at the Watson Memorial Home.

Mary was born June 11, 1920 in Warren, PA., the daughter of the late Norman and Belle Nearing Chilcott. Mary attended the Cable Hollow Church,  the First Baptist Church and most recently the Pleasant Community Church. Mary She enjoyed to cooking and entertaining many friends. She especially loved her family.

She is survived by three daughters: Gloria Strehl and husband John of Owensboro, KY, Linda Rippberger and husband Donald of Channahon, IL, Terri Skinner  and husband Robert of Columbus, PA;  two brothers: John Chilcott and wife Arlene of Michigan, Gerald Chilcott and wife Delores of Minnesota; six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death on December 17, 1985, by her husband Ronald Ray "Bill" Fehlman, whom she married on December 13, 1940; and a sister, Hazel Lofgren.

Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. E. Warren on Monday September 30, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at which time a funeral service will be held there with Rev. Michael Poindexter, pastor, Pleasant community Church, officiating. Burial will follow at the Pine Grove Cemetery.
