Mary Ellen "Mickey" Bell, 74, of Scandia, PA, died on Thursday, December 3, 2020 in the Corry Manor. Mickey was born June 30, 1946, in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Earl and Margaret Heiss Dailey. She was a graduate of Euclid High School and was employed for many years at the Reliance Electric Company as a printing manager, now a part of Rockwell International, from which she retired. Her and her husband are members of the Russell United Methodist Church. Mickey is survived by her husband, Roger M. Bell, of Scandia; two stepsons, Brain and Gregory Bell, both of Ohio; one step daughter, Victoria Graf, of NC; and three grandchildren, Dakota Bell of Cleveland, and Ashley and Colton Graf, of NC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy. Services will be held and announced at a later date. The Peterson-Blick Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
