Marvin B. Edmiston, 74, of Sheffield, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at the Warren Manor. Marvin was born on May 26, 1945, to the late Blair and Dorothy (Griswold) Edmiston. He served as a U.S. Marine and was a purple heart recipient, and enjoyed reading, watching tv, camping and hunting. Marvin is survived by his wife, Holly Rea, whom he married on September 21, 2012; his children, Kim Edmiston, John Edmiston, Mary Mahaffee, Marvin Edmiston and step-daughter, Brandi Rea; his siblings, Blair Edmiston, Lorna Jackson, Wayne Edmiston, and Barbara Hinderman; along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to his parents Marvin is preceded in death by his brother, Leon Edmiston. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, November 17, 2019, at the American Legion 658, 10 N Main St, Youngsville, PA 16371.
